Patrick Eugène · Private studio
Privacy at the studio.
Studio OS is the private application for Patrick Eugène’s studio. This page describes how it handles account information and the studio records used by invited team members.

Signing in
Google and Apple are used to authenticate an invited studio account. Through Supabase Auth, Studio OS receives your provider identifier, email address, and available basic profile information. Permissions come from the studio’s account records. Signing in with a provider does not itself grant studio access.
Studio OS does not use Google sign-in to access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendars, or Google contacts. Apple’s private relay email can be used after the Apple identity is connected to an existing invited account. Session cookies keep you signed in; you can end your session from the account menu.
Studio records and access
The application stores artwork details and images, contacts and relationship notes, sales and invoice records, shipments, opportunities, tasks, and related notifications. Authorized studio members share these records according to their roles. They may also download documents and exports containing selected records.
Patrick’s raw voice recordings and transcripts are restricted to Patrick within the application. Colleagues receive the permitted, cleaned outputs, such as a task or a catalog update. Selected artwork information and images can also appear in the public viewing room.
Services that process information
Vercel hosts the web application. Supabase provides authentication and database storage, and Cloudflare R2 stores media. Depending on the feature used and configured service availability, voice audio is processed by Deepgram or OpenAI for transcription, and transcripts and relevant studio content are processed by Anthropic for features such as routing and drafting.
Resend delivers supported studio emails to their intended recipients. Apple Push Notification service delivers enabled phone notifications, including task alerts. Operational logs may include request, account, and record identifiers, status information, and errors to support operation and troubleshooting. These providers process information needed for the services they perform.
Keeping and correcting records
Studio OS preserves historical records, audit events, and stored voice audio as part of the studio record. Archiving an item does not necessarily delete the underlying information. Contact the studio about account access, corrections, or removal of information so the request can be reviewed against the records and controls involved.
